Our sweet Girl, Wrenn, turned 8 years old this past week. She is so kind, so thoughtful, caring and FUN. Full of GOoD energy and Love. Thank You for being You, Baby Girl, and bringing so much Light into our lives! WHY DO THESE MOMENTS COME AND GO SO QUICKLY!!!

Teamwork. Dream work. It’s tough putting in the work. I go to the gym some days and find inspiration from friends, from people I see at the gym regularly, and sometimes from complete strangers. Expanding my perspective has been a constant in my life. The way I see it.. I may be able to learn one thing - a technique.. a tactic.. a mind set.. that might help make me become a little better today than yesterday.

We are so happy for Sabrina (and so sad for us) as she starts the next chapter of her career - heading to DOMINATE with the wonderful team at in Atlanta. Thank you for your creativity, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond each and every day. Keep shining bright!
