At the Conner Insurance leadership council today we had the amazing pleasure of meeting Winston Churchill! There are many great quotes from Churchill that speak to leadership. My favorite is "Success is going from failure to failure with great enthusiasm."

Randy Otto, aka Winston Churchill, is a historian, actor, and speaker. He was amazing and I highly recommend for any company to have as a speaker. He even advised Gary Oldman for the Darkest Hour movie!

Had an awesome time at the BiggerPockets convention this past week in the fabulous Las Vegas! I was able to learn about how investors grow and need their portfolios to thrive. This well better help me take care of my clients with investment properties in the future. Also met a ton of great people while there!

Yesterday I had the pleasure to attend two great events! Started off at the NAHREP event at Holiday Farms with the Edge Financial team! Holiday Farms is incredible!

Next up was the New Hope of Indiana Silver Cup annual charity event. It's always an honor to attend this event each year to raise money for a GREAT organization like New Hope. Also, it's always cool to go to the Colts facility!
