Indy Rack is looking for an Entry-level Pallet Rack Installer. You need to be a reliable person who is able to be coached in the new position. If you don't have the skills we will train you and build your career in material handling. You will also be learning how to repair pallet racking.

Job Requirements:
* Strong work Ethic
* Presents a neat and professional image.
* Timely arrival at designated location or warehouse
* Reliable transportation and divers license
* Able to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and square footage).
* Lift/carry or maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 100 lbs.).
* Willing to learn and be trained on-site
* Able to work independently with some direction while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Also able to work as a team
* Able to stand/walk for duration of work hours.
* Must be willing to work hard long hours including overtime and Saturdays (if needed)
* Has to be willing to Travel: This position requires travel in the surrounding areas and if needed out of state
* Ability to work in a Construction environment

Not Needed but is a plus:
* Previous experience installing racking systems
* Welding experience
* Mechanically inclined

Install of about 750 sections of racking moving along.

Tear down has begun. Helping move them to their new warehouse.

Just completed another install of pallet racking.
