I’ve always loved Mexican Wedding Cakes (cookies), so, when Roselyn Bakery closed its doors in August 1999, I was distraught! I thought to myself, “Where will I get the cookie from now?”

So, I set out to recapture my favorite childhood cookie. I tested out dozens of online recipes, tweaking here and there until, voila! I created the BEST Mexican Wedding Cakes–surpassing my own expectations! Family, friends and co-workers kept saying to me, “Jackie, you need to take these to market!” Enters YUMMY! But don’t take our word for it, taste-drive before you buy ...they don’t call em’ crack for nothing.
