Had such a lovely day yesterday at the park with friends.
Led a 30min meditation + yoga session for the first time ever!
Was pretty nervous going into it, but it went really well.
We also hiked for awhile, had a picnic, and did some adult coloring books with paint pens.
I didn't get to finish the page I was working on, but .95 finished a super pretty tree! 🌳

Days like this are what life is about
