Zebah here to give you a little trip down memory lane and a peek behind the curtain to the humans in the band.

Two years ago we opened up for the absolutely monstrous duo of bands Tribunal and MARES OF THRACE. Despite the light attendance that evening, everyone threw down like it was a packed weekend show. We still think it was one of our best sets to date.

More importantly, I had invited a really cute guy from work to the show and I was hoping to give him a smooch for the first time. What's the point of playing in a kick ass metal band if you can't use it to impress your date, right? After the show, I walked him out to his car and well...the rest was history. What started out with a late night kiss under the lamplight in the parking lot at Black Circle has turned into the adventure of a lifetime.

No person is an island and having the elusive Hoochie Daddy Merch Guy by my side every day is a blessing I could have never dreamed of. The kind of partner who pulls the wagon right next to you, picks you up when you're down, gently checks you when you're on some bu****it, comes out swinging on those who wrong you, and never begrudges you the spotlight when it's your time to shine. Truly a man worth fighting for, as Mulan would say.

An A+ #1 partner in crime, cat dad, Hoochie Daddy Merch Guy, stinky butt haver, and ugga dugga bass player. Truly a dime piece in every sense of word even if he does like Crowbar and pickles. You were foolish enough to say yes when I asked you out so now you're stuck with me for life, dummy. ❤️

Come say hi to him next time you see him at a show or behind the merch table. He'd love to tell you all about his latest Commander deck build and/or bass line ideas. You'll love him just as much as I do, promise!
