Community Place Apartments

Happy spring, now almost summer, everyone (finally) !! Now let's all take pride in our community like this guy ! How many managers do you see at their property, cleaning, picking up trash, landscaping and even help with maintenance? ...we are so proud to have him as our manager at Community Place Apartments.

There was a newsletter that went out to everyone's door yesterday. Please read this, as there is very important information in it. Policies are being enforced at a higher level as of Monday morning to ensure Community Place is a place our residents love to call home.

Just an update for the filter change: The dates for the furnace filter change, fire extinguisher and smoke detector check has been postponed due to the extremely cold temps and snowfall. Maintenace will be getting a letter out to all the residents soon with an updated time frame as to when this is rescheduled for in February.

There is a newsletter that went out to all the residents today regarding winter tips and filter changes. If you have pets and would like to grab to a filter from the office you are more than welcome to do so.

Next week from Monday (10/19/2015) - Thursday (10/22/2015) our office will only be open in the afternoon hours from 1:00 p.m. to close at 5:00 p.m.

Quick tip as the temperatures are dropping quickly: Running your air conditioner on cool days can cause the unit to freeze up. Most central AC systems are not designed to work properly when outside temperatures dip below 60ºF. Think about turning off your air conditioning during these cooler days to not just prevent the unit from freezing up but to also save on your electric bill!!

Fun fact: More than 70 percent of a normal electric bill is caused by water heating and air conditioning or heating

Tomorrow the office will be closed at 9:45 a.m. due to a corporate event. There is a rent drop box on the front door for the residents to drop off rent checks and any other documents that are for the office. We will return Monday at 8:00 a. m.
