The IndyGo annual Customer Perception Survey is live! 🙌 As a reminder, you’ll get a 1-Day bus pass by completing the survey in full.

📍 From today through Oct. 2, surveyors will be at the Carson Transit Center for you to take it in person. And through Oct. 9, it will be available online at: IndyGo.net/Customer-Perception-Survey

Your answers will let us know how IndyGo is doing and what we can do to exceed your expectations.

When you complete the survey with your contact information, you will be provided with one 1-Day paper bus pass (limit one card per participant). 💙 Thank you for riding IndyGo!

RIDER DETOUR: Due to the Circle City Classic Tailgate Sept. 26, Route 24 will be on detour all day. The detour will take Harding St. to W. Washington St. This closes bus stops between Oliver Ave. and Maryland St. See image for details.

📆 From Sept. 26 - Oct. 2, surveyors (they will be wearing orange vests!) will be at the Carson Transit Center for you to take it in person AND it will be available to take online until Oct. 9. This survey helps us understand what you think IndyGo is doing well and where we can improve. Your answers will also help us review existing programs and policies to understand how we can work to exceed rider expectations.
