Today, Perry Township Schools held a press conference to officially launch our Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program. This new opportunity will give students hands-on experience solving real-world challenges alongside local businesses, mentors, and industry professionals.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this exciting milestone. We were honored to welcome Mayor Joe Hogsett, Mayor of Indianapolis, Katie Jenner, Indiana Secretary of Education, Dr. Tanuja Singh, President of the University of Indianapolis, Southport Mayor Jim Cooney, State Representative Julie McGuire, State Senator Cyndi Carrasco, members of the Perry Township Schools Board of Education, the University of Indianapolis Board of Trustees, our Innovation & Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, our business and community partners, and everyone who helped make today possible.

A special shoutout to Daniel Johnson, a Perry Meridian High School senior and one of the first students enrolled in the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program, for representing our students today.

Finally, thank you to the University of Indianapolis for being an incredible partner, helping bring this program to life, and for hosting today's event.
