We prepare students to become informed citizens and professionals through the study of our programs.

Staff ran page for the Family and Consumer Science program at the Walker Career Center, part of the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township in Marion County, Indiana. Family and Consumer Sciences encompasses the study of relationships among people and their personal environments, focusing on the impact of physical, biological and social environments on human behavior and development.

The amazing Walker Career Center Culinary team competed at the 2023 ProStart competition last weekend, earning the *Starter of the Year* award with their Korean Corn Dogs. Chef Yount was also named 2023 Educator of Excellence for the State of Indiana! Congrats!
