Gratitude is a habit I started in 2022. I had a journal and I would just write 3 thing I was grateful for…now I picked up where I left off in the past. It’s great to see what I had put down and what I am putting down. Gratitude helps become aware. Something I will spend my life learning. Join in the journey✍️🙏😊
