This customers mother is moving in with them and needed an ADA ramp into the house. We thought It was the perfect time to add a beautiful new deck along with it! we also added a new concrete sidewalk to provide easy wheelchair access to the new ramp.

This deck is all hidden fasteners and turned out absolutely stunning. Functional and beautiful all in one.

Another awesome bathroom remodel in the books for some amazing clients!

These customers have been wanting to remodel this dated bathroom for YEARS! No big rearranging here, but we completely gutted the bathroom and created the bathroom of this customers dreams. We added new vanity cabinets with a custom vanity pantry cabinet to give these folks lots of storage. Custom quartz tops and undermount sinks give the bathroom a clean modern look.

For the shower we did a Sterling acrylic shower base for ease of cleaning and paired it with a custom tile surround. The blue tile absolutely POPS and creates a dramatic accent to the calm colored bathroom. The custom soap niche is one of our signature designs to give lots of storage as well as a low shelf to act as a shaving niche.

This entire remodel was completed in 8 days while maintaining top tier quality.

We took 1 large bathroom and turned it into 2!!

This customer had a large guest bathroom, and only a half bathroom in the master. We were able to steal some space from the guest bathroom and add a luxurious walk in shower to the master bathroom to give them a true master en suite.

This home was a full tear down and rebuild in conjunction with a local real estate investor. Designed by Bailey Design Build and brought to life with finishes as a team.

3 bed 2.5 bathrooms and 2000 sqft with a detached garage all on a small North Square lot. Custom Master En-suite and a massive eat in kitchen make this property perfect for a single person, couple, or even a small family!

Accent walls are an awesome way to add some character to any room! Check out this geometric accent wall we did. Constructed out of 1x2 molding with a 1x4 border.

Be careful who you let work on your home.

People sometimes ask why they have gotten a price that is significantly cheaper from another contractor. Things like this are why.

Instead of doing a proper job, the previous contractor here destroyed the structural integrity of this floor system. On top of that the homeowners have had numerous leaks and plumbing problems in the years since this work was done.

- Floor joists cut completely in half and severely over notched.

We also utilized hidden fasteners so the boards have a smooth finish that eliminates warping and cupping.
