Another monday!! Customer complaint was the vehicle would not register oil pressure. Also the vehicle would shift hard when first going into gear. Customer changed oil pressure switch and tested the oil pressure. So I ruled those out.
I scanned the vehicle saw the there was loss of communication with multiple modules. Also there was a code the CAN Bus.
I tested the modules , the grounds and powers and all were good. Then I isolated the wiring harness and found that it was shorted to ground.
1 one of the wires in the can bus was severed and another 2 wires rubbing on the frame.
I fixed the cables , re-insulated , re-assembled and the truck is running a1.

*King of the Powerstrokes*
This 2003 Ford F550 with 7.3 powerstroke was brought because it would run really rough sometimes. After some testing, I found out 2 injectors were not contributing as they should. Causing fuel knock. We replaced the injectors , the wiring for the injectors, and now the vehicle is back on the road doing it job. This is by far the most reliable and durable powerstroke ever built. I know the powerstroke guys will agree with me.

Found myself scrolling through my photos. 80% off the photos in my phone are of engines 🤣 90% off those are hemis. I have built easily over a hundred of these engines. I could probably build one with my eyes close. I have built and tried almost every possible combination with these engines.

Used a 180-degree thermostat in it.
Repalce Ac Hose and coolant hoses to the FI Interchiller. Refilled ac system.
Replaced the old supercharger with a new ported supercharger from .
Modifications:
Kong Ported supercharger
Kong 108 mm throttle body
Fore innovations thriple pump set up
E-85
FI Interchiller
10% lower ATI damper
Griptec 2.60 upper pulley

Performing a head gasket job on this Chrysler 300 STR8. I'm staying super busy with all these i have been having in the shop lately.

A couple of things I missed in the video are the head was warped , which was the reason antifreeze was being consumed. The piston ring is pinched because whatever cause the damage to the head and top of the piston crushed where the rings sit at. Not allowing the rings to expand fully . Which is letting oil go by and also consuming oil. The timing was completely new. It looks like an off brand. One of the phasers was missing the dot and the pin to make sure it sits properly in the cam. This was the main concern of the customer, but it was not the biggest issue, unfortunately.

The cleanest 07 GT i have ever seen.
The customer complaint was that the vehicle would shake and the engine had no power.
After diagnosing the vehicle. I found the timing chain jumped out of time. Replace all the timing components (chains, guides, vvt solenoid, vvt sprockets). Now the car is running like new again.
