Richard Paczkowski asked if I had a solution to Nathan Andersen's question about mounting reflective ruck straps on the molle of the shoulder straps. Here are some pic of what I created. The reflective area is the same size but the mounting straps are horizontal. I made them so that when mounted, the flat edge is towards the center line leaving the curved edge towards the outside hoping to minimize any entanglements. I found installation much more challenging because the molle is much tighter. Females will find their fingernails advantageous. To get them centered, I left a slight gap as seen in the partially installed pics. I suspect log (and other coupons) carrying may cause damage. These reflective ruck straps are made with 3M Scotchlite and are available in three sizes: Wide, Narrow, and Short. Wide is the standard three molle row tall and standard width. Narrow is also three molle rows tall but are 3/4" wide. Narrow fit Bullet 15L outside row, GR2 outside row, and side molle. Short are standard width but made for two rows of molle (Echo, Radio Ruck, and Small Frame Rucker). Colors available are: Black, Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple, Gold, Brown, Yellow, and White.
