Our Harbour Club project was truly a singular creation—an exercise in reimagining space with intentionality and soul. The transformation became more than just a build; it carved a lasting impression on the surrounding community. The moody, atmospheric palette gave the interiors a sense of depth and quiet drama, a canvas that will always stay with me as a builder and designer. And fittingly, it found its new steward in a woman who not only lives in the space but resonates with its modernist spirit and all the nuanced details that define it.

Transformation Thursday. This was our first major design + build. This bungalow was set back in the heart of Broad Ripple in the Warfleigh district. Take a look at this modHAUS revision of 6603 N Park Ave.

You won’t see too many transformation posts from us, as we don’t get too caught up with before and after transformations. We pride ourselves more with the design we are delivering to the market and future home buyers. However, we realize it can be exciting to see where the project started. This was our vision for the Kessler Blvd build. It was our biggest build to date.

This nearly 70 year old floor plan has been meticulously guided back to life with a minimalist lifestyle at top of mind. A newly opened concept and a rich, flavorful color palette sets off this once outdated bungalow. Making it the perfect home for a new family. The use of soft light fused alongside natural light, emits amiable shades throughout the great room, dining, and kitchen. Wood ceilings running through the heart of the home, create a beautiful yet functional space.

We will be listing another modHAUS build, located in Greenfield, IN early next week! This was our smallest project to date. We hope to bring a bit more contemporary character to this small(er) town. 🤙🏼 Stay tuned for the official listing.
