Jason Brugh is the Director of Engineering and Co-Founder of AutoBio Reduction. Jason is a Purdue University graduate with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is also the owner and founder of Brugh Industrial Engineering - an engineering firm dedicated to automation, robotics, and process controls. Jason has nearly two decades of industry experience in automation, is a published author, and industry innovator.

When he and his wife, Diana, recognized the need for an automated solution to reduce exposure to biological hazards in public spaces, they immediately pooled their knowledge and experience to create AutoBio Reduction.

Lux the UVNinja as an autonomous robot does not require human interaction in order to operate. But, that does not mean it is any less a part of your team! It work's all night so you can return to a safer workplace.

Diana Brugh is President and Co-Founder of AutoBio Reduction. When asked to describe herself, Diana quickly says she is first and foremost the mother of four amazing children. Diana has a B.S. in Food Science from Purdue University and worked as a microbiologist early in her career. Her passion and love help drive her in daily life and balance the many different roles she has.

Diana and her husband, Jason, recognized the need for an automated system that could effectively disinfect a space and bring the public much needed peace of mind. The result is AutoBio Reduction, a company combining her classical education and experience with that of her husband.

Diana and Jason talked with Carlos Diaz WTHR on WTHR Sunrise about how family has shaped their careers and helped them create the UVNinja.

Purdue couple invents robot that disinfects with UV light The UV Ninja is an automated robot that uses ultraviolet technology to disinfect public spaces.

Co-founders Diana and Jason Brugh recently sat down with The Current to discuss the UVNinja and the benefits it can provide a workspace.

“For example, if it’s an office space, we would come in and set up the UVNinja to go into each cubicle and spend a specific amount of time in each cubicle. The light disinfects that cubicle,” Jason said. “Anything the light touches is disinfected after a certain time.”
