For the month of November there’s a lender waiving 100% of closing cost for clients that utilize a VA loan. VA loans go up to 100% financing so that leaves the client with very little out of pocket expense. They would just need your DD214 and COE (certificate of eligibility.)

These loans are available to current & former members of the Air Force, Army, Marines, or Coast Guard, & Surviving Spouses; service members on Active Duty; as well as selected Reserve or National Guard members.
