April market update is in — and the northside market continues to show strong home values across our communities 📈🏡
✨ Highlights from April:
• Washington Township average sales price climbed 8% to $462K
• Meridian Kessler saw prices jump 12% with sold listings up 8%
• Carmel average sales price increased 15% to nearly $791K
• Zionsville had an impressive 37% increase in sold listings while average price per square foot rose 16%
• Westfield home values continued upward with prices up 12% year over year
• Luxury homes in Washington Township ($1M+) saw sold listings rise 50% with average prices up 15%
