May is Oregon Wine Month, so we’d like to feature one of our star Oregon wineries!🍷⛰️

Purple Hands was founded by Cody and Marque Wright, inspired by wines that reveal the stories of native landscapes. You may recognize the Wright name from his father, Ken Wright, who has been a prominent figure in the wine industry for decades.

The name Purple Hands symbolizes Cody’s years of hands-on experience with wine and the pursuit of excellence that comes from long days and nights of dedication.

The story of Nicolas-Jay spans the more than three-decade friendship between the founders, Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo and music entrepreneur Jay Boberg.

They approach winemaking with a steadfast belief in true artisanship, a passion for discovery, and a deep respect for the land. Jean-Nicolas brings Burgundian traditions to Nicolas-Jay’s winemaking while expressing the natural elegance of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

We loved showcasing our smaller producers from Italia 🍇 We continue to grow our portfolio intentionally to represent the amazing producers we hold so dear and bring exciting, quality wines to our friends and customers here in Indiana.

Nestled on the high-desert plateaus of La Mancha, Bodegas Parra Jiménez is renowned for its production of wines, crafted from a blend of native and international grape varieties grown in certified organic and sustainable vineyards.

For generations, the Parra family has been deeply rooted in the agricultural traditions of La Mancha. However, it wasn’t until 1993 that they established their winery, at a time when organic viticulture was still a novel concept in the area. Undeterred by this, brothers Francisco, Javier, and Luis Parra chose to pioneer organic wine production.

Their vision was to create a biodynamic, self-sustaining ecosystem. This led them to diversify their agricultural practices, incorporating livestock rearing and the cultivation of garlic, grains, peas, and lentils, thereby completing the agricultural cycle. Today, the estate boasts Sohiscert organic and Demeter biodynamic certifications and produces not only wine but also organic garlic and Manchego cheese.

We’re very excited to introduce here in our home state of Indiana. Sustainably made with only Organic agave, yeast and water.
