Confidence in what you know and don't know is key. Your strengths can be someone elses weaknesses, as well as the other way around. That's how success happens! I could also use a few men or woman, with just genuine honest aspirations. Please be ready to work, and be genuinely honest, or it'll just short lived.

I'm a lead Carpenter/Foreman for AIC, a small commercial contractor in Indianapolis. I need Carpenters with experience like everyone else right now. I pore myself into my work and need men with some testosterone and pride. The younger generations don't understand.
