Starlit Night is an elegant parade experience for individuals with special needs, ages 15 years and older. Participants get to be a star in the parade of cars on Philadelphia Street. Then drive the red carpet at the Indiana Fairgrounds and enjoy an evening of music, dinner and dancing! Summit Church in Indiana, PA chairs this amazing annual event.
