As everyone is making moves over the break, we would like to remind you that it is very important that you leave your heat on to prevent any freezing pipes or leaks. Temperatures will be dropping very low and the risks will be rising. Be safe, stay warm, and enjoy the holidays! ✨

-make sure windows are shut and locked to prevent drafts or moisture from getting in.
-make sure to let maintenance know of any leaks, clogs, or drain issues before freezing temperatures start
-make sure to continue picking up and disposing of any messes your pets make— the leaves won’t hide responsibility!
- Don’t block vents or radiators
- If you use a space heater, please plug it directly into the wall, not an extension cord, and never leave it unattended.
-Stop by the office for hot chocolate or a sweet treat— or both!
