Have you checked your pivot shaft lately? This Reichdrill 650 w2 came to us for repair. The original 2.5” pivot shaft failed. We removed the faulty pivot shaft. Setup the line boring machine and machined the holes to accept a bigger 4140 3” shaft. We added weld prep bevels for better pe*******on when welding unlike before. Then added new spacers to set the correct distance outside to outside. Contact us today to have your pivot shaft inspected, before the unimaginable happens!!

Just another fun and exciting day playing in the mud

They say it takes a village! With help from our friend Levon Visnofsky and Luke Butler of Gryphon welding. We were able to rebuild this gundlach coal crusher. With new liner and deflector plates and new rolls installed she'll be pumping out the black gold providing power to cities and homes along the east coast!!

This 650 D2 Mast came to us cracked in multiple spots, the top rails bent and bowed. We removed the the top cords replaced any broken supports and welded new cords back into place.
