What a great way to end our Design Week with a trip to Fallingwater! Thank you to our awesome alums, Jennifer Paul from Mannington Contract and Amber Chorba from Bennett Supply, for sponsoring our trip!! We even had Miriah Stiles and Lauren Brosko from our alumni panel yesterday join us today. 😊 We finished-up with a quick stop at Ohiopyle State Park for lunch before heading back to IUP!

The Portfolio Show was a great opportunity for our seniors to showcase their wide array of design knowledge! It was a nice way to get the accolades that they each deserve!! In addition , our underclassmen were able to see what is in store for them - a definite eye-opener for some!

Thank you to our inspiring alum who traveled back to IUP to be on our Alumni Panel - Dana Wentley, Lauren Brosko, Eric Dillman, Miriah Butterworth Stiles, and Jana Crisafi! Our students enjoyed hearing your stories & career paths and are excited to see what awaits them!!

Capstone was a success! Congratulations to all of our seniors and Dr. Venatta on a job well done!! Your hard work paid off and was evident in your wonderful presentations. 😊

Tie-dying was a success! Thanks to everyone who came and bought a shirt for NKBA’s fundraiser!! We can’t wait to see the finished product! 😁

Thank you to our alum, Sarah Smicker, and Sherwin-Williams for putting together this great hands-on workshop for our students! It was very informative and a nice opportunity to try different types of paints and paint tools.

It’s that time of year - IUP Design Week! It should be a busy, but fun-packed week with a lot of activities to attend!!
