This week marks the end of the 6 week plan for a few athletes and it’s by far my favorite week of the whole program, MAX WEEK!
Today was Back squat maxes and the guys hard work, grit, and determination did not disappoint. The week symbolizes a month and a half of busting their a** in the weight room and fueling their body correctly. Couldn’t be happier or prouder of these guys!
Isaak Losey:
Went from 🚨195 LBS to 255 LBS +60 LBS🚨
Jon Reed:
Went from 🚨185 LBS to 245 LBS +60 LBS🚨
Brennan Decker:
Went from 🚨225 LBS to 275 LBS +50 LBS 🚨
All athletes hit 90 degrees or lower on their squat. Guys keep it up! we got a big week to get final numbers on bench and deadlift!!!
The guys got in the gym and crushed Quads, Calfs, and Abs today. These are just a few of the lifts I got recorded from a killer leg day to start the week! Teggy, Brennan, Mergs, I Lo and Jonny got after it today!! Work today for tomorrow’s results!!! Keep it up fellas!
