🚴‍♂️ Biking Across Kansas is rolling into Independence tomorrow, Thursday, June 11, and we can't wait to welcome more than 400 cyclists to our community!

As riders arrive throughout the day, you'll see visitors enjoying Riverside Park and Ralph Mitchell Zoo, exploring downtown, and experiencing all that makes Independence special. We encourage everyone to come downtown, grab a bite to eat from our fantastic food trucks, and help us show these travelers what small-town hospitality is all about!

🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Please note that the Independence Chamber of Commerce & Convention and Visitors Bureau office will be closed on Thursday, June 11, and Friday, June 12, as we help welcome and host approximately 400 cyclists participating in Biking Across Kansas – with Independence as a Host City! 🎉

Our team will be out in the community assisting with rider activities, providing hospitality, and ensuring our visitors experience the very best of Independence.
