This is the last week of summer school at IHS and the start of summer activities!

Looking for a hands-on summer opportunity? Join us June 12th at 9:00 AM for a Cattle Vaccination Clinic hosted by the Lee family!

This is a great educational experience for students and community members to learn what goes on behind the scenes in the cattle industry. A veterinarian connected with Zoetis will be on-site, demonstrating and assisting with the vaccination process chute-side.

No agriculture background is needed — all students are welcome! Lunch will be provided!

Come learn, ask questions, and experience the cattle industry firsthand!

Congratulations to the class of 2026!

Our students have been hard at work, and the progress they’ve made in such a short time has been incredible!

Through this project, students have gained hands-on experience reading plans, working with construction materials, organizing cut lists and components, learning manufacturing techniques, and understanding quality control. We were also excited to welcome David from the Allison Area Grow Dome to speak with classes and host a site visit. The Grow Dome is an amazing community space, and we are proud to be part of a project that creates meaningful, lasting impact.

This exciting work will continue into the 2026–27 school year, and we can’t wait to see what our students accomplish next!

Parents & guardians, please continue checking emails and student grades as we wrap up the school year. Summer school is a great opportunity for students to stay on track, build confidence, and start the next school year strong and ready for success!
