If you have already RSVP'd you can send $22/per person here to my venmo. Need RSVP by May 17 with you and a name of plus one and $22/person. Thank you can't wait to see you little devils!

Alright I’m going to set up food as a taco buffet, this will only cost $22 per person. Cheap date if you ask me!!!
This will be a charge I need to pay for up front once I get a head count. i’ll set up a Venmo or something for people who rsvp to pay for their part up front (casino requires payment ahead of event) and I will create a spreadsheet everyone can see / ensure $ you provide gets paid to the casino for food and not to my pocket…

I’ll get a bar and it’s $250 to have set up. I’ll pay for that on my own or if we get enough people they won’t charge us for the bar. But drinks will be buy your own drinks at the reunion.

I’ll have a list for those who RSVP at the door so no reunion crashers will be allowed and I’m working to get some of my older buddies from Ignacio to manage this!!

Update - I am going to improve this to include the class of 05-08. I don't know how to change the name of this page but that is the plan so send invites to those people too.

People attending should plan to keep their kids at home / not bring to the reunion. We want to catch up with each other and not have to focus on the little devils...

It is looking like the Casino is going to be a good place to hold the event. I am going to send out a menu next week after I get a few more details from the casino, but cost for a meal should be the only expense you will have(casino doesn't charge for the conf. room, just food for attendees). I will likely have a bar setup and it will be buy your own drinks if you want. I will see if I can get sponsors or donations to cover the bar and if so would cover a certain amount of drinks or all... I'll work on this and send update.

I am going to create another post to request people RSVP by May 17th and will request that you send me an email with your RSVP to my [email protected]. I am going to ask to RSVP for yourself and a plus one likely. - I will get this out as soon as I have a conference room reserved and locked in.
RSVP will be required and a list will be produced so you won't get allowed into the reunion without an RSVP/being on the list. Security will bounce those reunion crashers!

Currently I am going to shoot for a 6:00-10:00pm timeline for the reunion.

I am going to see if I can get the school to lend us or rent us a bus / driver to take a couple of trips to Durango probably one bus that makes 2 round trips from the casino to Durango for those who want to continue the fun. Likely a pickup at 9:45 and 11:00. But I will need to make arrangements to confirm a bus / driver in the next couple of weeks and will follow up with that.

Currently the casino has a good amount of rooms available July 12th so if you want to get a room please reserve one. Or if you want to go to Durango after the reunion the rooms there might be a little cheaper.

!!Very important!! If you plan on attending and consuming alcohol you need to commit to not drink and drive. A DUI will turn this fun time into a huge negative for yourself, your friends and family. I imagine this will not be an issue since we are all old enough to be responsible!

Casino is what I was thinking but let me know if you have other ideas / suggestions?

Alright I did it. I started a page for the reunion so we can make it happen. Add classmates since I don't have much friends and get the word out or invite them to this page, I don't know how it works. Going to be July 12 2024 in Ignacio at the Casino. More details to come. I've got the menu from the Casino and details for a bar and will get that figured out and share as soon as I am able...
