After teaching class I tried the handstand from the sticker I used in my story yesterday... I might need some pointers.

Pos Run Stretch 😌
Staying flexible always helps me feel ready to attack the day. The best thing was when I learned to relax into new or unfamiliar stretches that were difficult. Now to build that consistency and patience.
Made it to the gym again finally 😂
This is turning into more of a fitness tour than a fitness journey 😭🤣😭. Working on that um.... "consistency"?
Next time we'll get them higher and try to do it without the feet. 👀🤔😁
