June 21 is the longest day of the year. It’s also the day, for a few years, that I’ve been joining with to raise money in search of a cure for Alzheimer’s. This year will be no different but I’m hoping I can get 10,000 followers by June 21 so we can pull together. This video is not that great, but I’m GenX, so we’re just gonna roll with it.

It was a long day. Very long. We raised over $11,000 and it's still growing. I saw people I hadn't seen in years and people I see every Saturday. 06-21-2025 We did it again. I played for 12 hours from memory without repeating a song. There are so many people to thank, but I want to bring attention to a few standouts:
Mitch from Harvest Hall is the best host I've ever worked with
Jayme and Larry are my all day troopers,
Josephine not only was there all day but she handled the live feed, documented every song, and even made a Spotify playlist to commemorate the occasion. I'll include that link.
Micah made those awesome towels. And of course, the one who wouldn't stop worrying about me all day, Jaime. People pay a lot of attention to what I'm doing but without all of you I'm just some weirdo who sings all day. Here are some links if you'd like to look further into it. Thank you all.
