Only had about an hour tonight because I was busy with school ๐Ÿ˜ด ๐Ÿ™„ but still fit in the time to hit chest.

Workout:
5 x 5 Benchpress
Superset 3x
12 shoulder press
20-25 shoulder flys

3 x 8-12 Weighted dips

Anyways todayโ€™s pull workout was a killer. Didnโ€™t film everything but DM me if you have questions.
Warm up
Band pulls for rotator cuff
TRX Rows
Scapula pull ups
Work out
3 x 12 Lat pulls
5 x 5 deadlifts with a pull up hang after each set
4 x 10-12 Hamstring curls
3 x 12-15 Bodyweight curls
5 x 5 Weighted pull ups
Cool down
Hamstring stretch
Reverse crunches
Leg lifts

Really just to make a story about this but I suck at social media...anyways this is my normal breakfast I eat whenever Iโ€™m done with class. I usually eat this around 12:00-1:00.

2-3 eggs
Toast with jelly
5-6 slices of lunch meat

After this Iโ€™m usually full or busy till dinner

Took a lot of time off from posting but I had to focus on getting enrolled in school and my business. Now Iโ€™m back and ready to put out a little content on the side.

Also thinking about doing some videos over some engineering stuff Iโ€™m learning and side projects so if you guys would like that leave a comment!

Anyway this was just a fun set to throw in at the end of the workout to hit arms. Double arm curls with a 3-5 second negative. I went a little too heavy but I wanted to give it a shot.

Lastly if anyone still reading is going through a period in there life where they got knocked down and are still on the ground, remember to get back up. The game isnโ€™t over until you say itโ€™s over.
