Linda Quick celebrates her 33rd Anniversary of being the office manager of the Noteboom Law Firm.

It is with great sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news that one of our paralegals, Kathy Garcia, unexpectedly passed away on April 11, 2020 due to an aneurysm. Kathy was an invaluable member of our firm family and will be greatly missed. She was extremely caring, loyal, and fiercely loved her family and friends. Her robust laughter could be heard and felt by all. She enjoyed her life to the fullest with honesty and integrity. Kathy was a leader with a no nonsense attitude and infectious smile. She was also a very dedicated and hard-working professional who went above and beyond for our clients. She will be forever remembered.

Kathy started her career in 1993 while in Kansas and then moved to Phoenix, Arizona to work as a legal assistant. In 2001 she moved to the Fort Worth area and has worked as a litigation paralegal in the personal injury field ever since. We were very fortunate to have her join our team in July 2016. She had an Associate's Degree in the School of Applied Studies with an emphasis in Legal Assistant from Washburn University and an insurance adjuster's license from Kaplan College in Arlington. She was a current member of the Fort Worth Paralegal Association. She loved watching Kansas team sports, traveling, and spending time at the lake and beach.

We are grieving not only for the loss of our dear friend and colleague but also for the loss her family suffers. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers. Information regarding any memorial services will be shared upon announcement by her family.
