Pilates duets are great because you still get personalized attention but pay a little less than a private.
Right now a spot is open at 3pm on Mondays for a beginner/intermediate level student. Starts April 13!

Working on the rollover without using my arms - unbelievably hard, especially with the legs wide!
Spring break week brings some rare availability to my private lesson schedule on Monday at 9am and 11am.

3rd day with an empty studio due to icy road conditions here in Texas.
Best way to spend it (aside from working out on my own) is a deep clean!
