This is your update on all new listings in the MLS since 2003. Listing inventory has been way down for a couple years but has consistently gone up for years and we are about to break the record. Inventory is increasing and with interest rates rising it is only going to get higher. Fewer buyers and more listings. Its about to get back to a regular market.
