Smoked Grapefruit Cayenne Jam: because your taste buds need a Texas-sized party. This crazy-delicious jam is like a wild ride for your tongue - it's smoky, citrusy, sweet, and a little bit sassy. Pairs ridiculously well with cheese, chocolate, veggies, greens, fish, chicken, rice, and tequila (because, priorities).#jam #texas #grapefruit 04/11/2025

Growing what we can, harvesting locally, and sourcing seasonally we admire nature in all her stages. Seeing all the budding fruit makes us appreciate the efforts of the bees, the generosity of the rain, and the warmth of the sun. This time of year makes you feel like you can see into the future. #local #grow #jam 03/29/2025
