PPO vs HMO vs EPO // What is the difference?

PPO: Largest network out of the three. Coverage can be used throughout the nation without paying out of network costs.

HMO: A solid network in the state or region you live in but the second you are out of that area it will cost a lot more to use it.

EPO: Smallest of the three in network size and is very specific in which providers you can go to but is a hybrid between PPO and HMO.
