There is over 100 years of State Farm Insurance experience in my family. At first, I was not sure that insurance was the field that I wanted to start my career in. I went to Mississippi State with the intention of obtaining my degree in Mechanical Engineering. That all changed when the tornado outbreak on April 27th, 2011 occurred during my freshman year. An Important Insurance Announcement! Kay Ivey has declared Alabama under a State of Emergency due to the pending white death that approaches. You will see rumors that in a state of emergency you are not covered in the event you drive under that declaration. I cannot speak for all insurance companies, but with State Farm you are covered.
