Today we proudly celebrate Dave Johnson work anniversary and a major milestone — the 12th Anniversary of Banner Defense

Dave has demonstrated outstanding leadership and made a lasting impact through his vision, innovation, and unwavering dedication — not only to Banner Defense, but to the broader community he serves. Over the past twelve years, his leadership as CEO & President has guided Banner Defense from a startup vision into a respected Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering critical support to our nation’s defense and security missions.

Beyond business success, Dave exemplifies what it means to be a servant leader. He remains deeply engaged in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Semper Fi Community Task Force of North Alabama and the Riley Behavioral and Educational Center. He also serves on the Executive Board of the North Alabama Chapter of the U.S. Field Artillery Association and faithfully serves as a servant leader at Asbury United Methodist Church.

Dave’s leadership reflects a commitment to people, purpose, and service — empowering teams, supporting veterans and families, and strengthening the community that Banner Defense proudly calls home.

Welcome Brittany Dupree and Cathy Gonzalez to the Banner Defense, Inc Family!

Brittany will be serving as a Security Analyst. She brings seven years of missile defense experience, most recently in the THAAD Logistics Directorate. She and her husband, have four children and three grandchildren, with the fourth on the way! Their youngest son keeps them busy with academics and basketball.

Cathy is a security professional with over 15 years of experience supporting federal and defense organizations. She will be providing Industrial Security support to our customer. She enjoys baking, cooking, searching for home decorating ideas, spending time with her rescue dog, Bailey, reading and watching good TV shows.
