When we hit a bump in the road, our instinct is often to swerve. But sometimes swerving causes more damage than the bump itself.

Life is full of unexpected "bumps in the road", setbacks, and detours. When those moments come, hold tight to the hope we have in Christ Jesus. He is faithful, steady, and true, and promised never to leave us nor forsake us.

On Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Some of our His Way residents recently participated in an art class led by local artist Dori Wimberly Swaim. 🎨

Art is a great coping skill and can be very therapeutic during recovery. We especially love how Dori weaves Biblical teachings into class.

Several members of our His Way staff attended the 13th Annual NAVIGATE Nonprofit Network Conference, presented by the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville.

We’re grateful for opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with others working to strengthen nonprofit organizations and better serve our community.

What began as a simple idea to hold a weekly hour of prayer on the His Way Atlanta page, turned into a ministry that is connecting people across states, countries, and circumstances.

His Way Atlanta director Jeremy Mitchell shares how the weekly prayer time got started, what it taught him, and what he hopes people take away from it.

Why We Started the Hour of Prayer - His Way Atlanta Over the past year the weekly Hour of Prayer on our His Way Atlanta page has become something even more meaningful than I expected.

No matter the season or the struggle, we are not walking this road alone.

God is with us, steady, present, and faithful through it all.
