We offer 3 types of training: 1. Private Training 3. Fight Team
- The Group classes are structured so that beginners can attend either the Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday class without the issue of not knowing what to do
- Private sessions are scheduled ahead of time with the trainer
- The fight team, by attending the Group Class you can be chosen or asked if you want to join the Fight team

Coaches and parents who want to participate the first step is getting your Green Level Cert through USA Boxing.
Next is the Bronze that we are hosting in Hsv,AL late October.
Next we will host the Silver if we have the participation this wont be an issue.
Educating ourselves is just as important as the fighters needing to train.
