We coach normals how to be #FeelBetterStronger We're known for the challenge as well as the support. Anyone can "break" you but not everyone can BUILD you.
Our trainers, our schedule, our programming, and our support is about meeting you where you are TODAY and coaching you through the process of where you want to be. We all have a different starting point and that's not something that intimidates us. We don't expect anyone to be anything but themselves from day 1. It's our job to coach form as well as make everything ACCESSIBLE. This place is not about exclusivity. We are about INCLUSIVITY! Bring YOU here and we've got the rest covered!

1. If we don’t program this stuff now, I promise you’re gonna be at a physical therapist office and they’ll program it for you.
2. It’s inevitable that our bodies will continuously find the laziest ways to move in an effort to preserve energy It’s inevitable that our bodies will create adaptations to these patterns and pain and dysfunction arise from this.

She didn’t arrive unmotivated.
She came in ready, eager, invested, already committed to a build season before she ever landed on my roster.
What she needed wasn’t more effort - it was PROPER guidance on form, actual programming, dialogue on ex*****on.
“Trainers” that count your reps and don’t have a plan make me 🤬🤬🤬🤬
These days she checks in with video, we refine the mechanics, and we adjust until every rep looks and feels right.
This is the progress she was ALWAYS capable of and it’s friggin’ exciting to watch her effort grow 🍑

“Where’s ?” - many of the 5am crew have asked these past few months.
Well, she’s been preppin’ for stage.
Debuts this weekend and I couldn’t be me excited for her.
If you know this human you know hard work is her middle name. I never doubted she could and would do the work.
What is the most gratifying piece is the part that lives between both of these pictures.
- refining training to target vs to lift heavier and heavier
- letting go of routines that put food as an afterthought vs an integral part of performance
- and letting family and friends nurture and support her back the way she has long selflessly done for them.
The physical transformations are rad but it’s the mental part of starting and finishing a big ass goal that is the true MVP.
I know you miss Beth’s big energy in class and we love ya for asking. Time for all of us to cheer her to finish line 1 of this rookie Fit Model season 💐

This week alone:
– 13 mile walk + still trained the next day
– 4am workouts before teaching all day
– First group ride when you’re new to cycling
– Meal plans built around crazy schedules
– Workouts squeezed in between sick kids and chaos
Progress is messy.

This 2026 Push To The Pool group is different.
They’re competitive and honest.
They’re out want to win but not at the expense of the standard.
They ask questions.
They share what’s working.
They help each other when things get hard.
Nobody has asked for shortcuts.
Nobody wants a point that wasn’t earned.
Nobody’s pretending like adding this challenge is easy with the amount already on their plate.
This crew is showing up, learning, and pushing - themselves and each other.
This is the sweatlocal spirit. This crew is EASILY my favorite challenge group to date.
Gym or podium… it always comes back to the same thing:
Helping people feel at home in their bodies.
That’s the work.
Grateful for the platform you provided this weekend 🙏.
I’ll never take for granted what it means to have other people trust you with their health & bodies.

PSA: I’ve been fighting moving my bodybuilding stuff to my personal page simply because I don’t know if I can handle content on two different accounts BUT I worry that I’m confusing everyone with what we do in studio and what bodybuilding is.
