Thank you all for keeping our little library going for five years! If you have something to spare, add it. If you need something, take it. We have found everything from McDonald's gift cards to sponges inside. You just never know, and that's the fun part! 📚❤️😃

The office of Second Mile and the Neighborhood Thrift Store will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day.
Today we take time to remember and pray for the men and women who have died serving in the United States Armed Forces.

Every child deserves this kind of preschool experience and every child should feel God’s love in such a joyful way! There are not enough thanks yous to adequately express our gratitude for the teachers, parents, volunteers and students who make up this joyful, wonderful amazing place! Every day at Second Mile Preschool is pretty great, but Graduation is just the best! This is the HEART of Second Mile❤️🎓

We are so excited to welcome our friend Deidra Willis aka The Bougie Farmer to Second Mile the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. She will be here selling local, fresh, affordable produce from 5:00-7:00 pm. Second Mile Development is located at 2710 Holmes Avenue, stop by and say hello! Did we mention that Deidra also happens to be our very favorite Sonnie Hereford Elementary School bus driver!
