Got to spend the day with THREE of my former athletes who started at UAPB and transferred with me to AAMU 🦁➡️🐶 and my heart is so full! Watching them grow not just as players but as young women will forever be one of my biggest blessings 💕✨

We linked up for a Galentine’s Day podcast and it was EVERYTHING 🥰🎙️ We made cookies 🍪, tried new foods 😋, played games 🎲, laughed a LOT 😂, and had amazing conversations about mental health 🧠💬 (because that matters just as much as the grind 💪🏾).
