Before filling damaged concrete cracks, we run a crack chaser blade through the existing crack to properly open and clean it out. Why does that matter? Because simply filling over a tight or contaminated crack can lead to poor adhesion and premature failure.
By chasing the crack first, we remove weak material, create a clean bonding surface, and allow our repair products to pe*****te deeper—resulting in a stronger, longer-lasting repair built to handle movement and wear.
