Giving back. We put some items in three blessing boxes around town. Two of them were completely empty. If you would like to help, DM us. We will provide a list of the blessing boxes we know about.

Join us on Monday, June 22 at 11:00 AM at Market @ 1650 (1650 8th Avenue, Huntington, WV) for a fun and delicious local food tasting experience!

Kids and families will have the opportunity to sample fresh foods grown right here in our region while learning about the farmers who grow them and the journey food takes from farm to table.

This event is free and open to the public, and everyone is welcome to attend!

We had a great week at Directions West! We were happy to have Johnna, Kristy and Patty from Directions East hanging out with us this week. We went to tend our garden and re-potted some of our plants. We got out before it was too hot today to Riverfront Park to feed the ducks and geese (and their adorable little goslings), played bingo, worked on our goals and had fun with our friends.

We are all music lovers, and we are hoping to incorporate more music into our program. If you play and would like to come and play a few songs for us, DM us. Thanks!

We had a great Hopewell Field Day! It’s the first one since opening the two new day programs. It was fun to dance, play games, have a pizza party together! We are so lucky to have three groups in different counties to socialize with and share activities with. We look forward to more field trips with our friends.

We put some zinnias into the garden today. Our friend Patty from Directions East helped put some little flowers in. Then we just chilled and enjoyed a beautiful day.
