Child-centered ABA clinic supporting learning, growth, and connection for children and families.

We’re looking for a part-time RBT/BT to join our team.
This job is for someone who can bring some fun into the room. Someone who can be goofy, jump into a dance party, go on a community outing, cheer on the little wins, and still take the work seriously.
SPA is small, close knit, and growing. Our staff are supported by a strong BCBA team, included in the fun, and are a real part of what we’re building.
Starting pay is $18/hour.
Experience as an RBT is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
This is not a clock in and hide kind of job. We’re looking for a good human who wants to be part of the team, part of the work, and part of something that matters.

Some of our learners are working on Community Signs right now, but if you walked through our clinic, you might think they were all working on completely different things.
One learner is “driving” through a pretend road course and responding to signs along the way. Another is building fluency by rapidly identifying signs as staff call them out. Someone else is matching and labeling signs, while another learner is spotting them out in the community during outings with staff.
Different activities. Same skill.
That’s because learning isn’t one size fits all.
For one learner, the goal might be understanding what a sign means. For another, it’s recognizing that sign quickly and independently. For another, it’s using that information to make sense of what’s happening around them in the real world.
Community signs are about much more than driving.
They help us understand what’s happening around us.
What does “Road Work Ahead” mean? Why are we stopping? Why are we taking a different route today? Why is this road closed when it wasn’t yesterday?
For many autistic individuals, unexpected changes can be challenging. Understanding the signs around them can help answer those questions, reduce uncertainty, and make the world feel a little more predictable.
The goal isn’t just to identify a sign during therapy. The goal is to understand what that sign means and use that information in everyday life.
That’s one of the things we love about ABA. Two learners can be working toward the same goal while taking completely different paths to get there.

100 days of Sycamore Point Academy.
On Friday, May 8th we celebrated the first 100 days of S.P.A!
Not long ago, this was just an idea. Since then, we have built a clinic from the ground up and filled it with so much life, learning, heart, and purpose.
In just 100 days, we have opened our doors, welcomed our first learners and families, built routines, formed relationships, celebrated wins, worked through challenges, hosted events, gone on field trips, marked holidays, laughed a lot, learned even more, and watched Sycamore Point start becoming exactly what we hoped it could be.
We have had so many firsts packed into these 100 days.
Our first tours.
Our first open house.
Our first official day.
Our first learners.
Our first staff traditions.
Our first celebrations.
Our first holidays and special events.
Our first community moments.
Our first field trips.
Our first big wins.
Our first hard days.
Our first moments of stepping back and thinking, this is really happening.
We have learned so much too. We have learned that building something from the ground up takes heart, trust, bravery, and a whole lot of hard work. We have learned that little moments matter. We have learned that families placing their trust in us is something we will never take lightly.
Most of all, these 100 days have shown us that Sycamore Point is not just a place we built. It is a place that is growing into something really special.
To every learner, family, staff member, and supporter who has been part of these first 100 days, thank you. We are so grateful you are part of this story.
The first 100 days have been full, meaningful, and unforgettable.
And we are just getting started.
