How To Sell A Million Dollar Home

Thanks to Alison and the Franklin Report for coming out yesterday to visit one of our current projects. We love your publication and find it a great resource.

Thanks to the offices of Daniel Gale who hosted "What's My House Worth?" at the Cold Spring Harbor Library last night. They covered current market trends along with how to price your house to sell. Also discussed, is what we at Spruce believe, the first impression of your home whether it is in print, on the internet, or at a showing is one of the most important aspects of marketing. Wells Fargo was also there to discuss financing as well as local attorney, Brad Martin, who covered the legals aspects of a sale.

Overwhelmed with packing, let Spruce come in and help. Using all of the homeowner's furniture and accessories, we can come in and organize, set up, and get the house ready to make that all important first impression. Whether it is for the photographer taking website images, an open house, or a showing, we can make the house into a potential buyer's dream home.

Bathroom after on the right, a change in wall color was suggested by Spruce to soften the room, a marble recommendation was made by Spruce, the mirrors and window treatment were purchased by Spruce on behalf of the client, all accessories in this spa-like bath were rented from Spruce.

Living room after on the right, sofa and chairs were rented from an outside source and all small furnishings, artwork, and accessories were rented from Spruce. A great way to relax while gazing at the water.

The sunroom was set with vintage chinese dinnerware found in the back of a closet. Chairs were brought in from other rooms of the home as was the one of a kind dining table.
