We are inviting rising freshmen and their families to attend our “Highlander Hangout.” This event is for rising freshmen and their families to have the opportunity to meet some of their teachers and student support staff, gather information about athletic and academic programs, take guided tours, and enjoy some grilled hot dogs. The Highlander Hangout is a relaxed evening designed to be a true “hang out” where students and families get a first glance at life on the Hill! 💚💛

This event will take place on June 2nd from 5–6 p.m. 🌭

🥪Cabell County Schools to Provide Summer Meals Throughout the Community🍎

Cabell County Schools announces its sponsorship of the federally-funded Summer Food Service Program. The Summer Lunch Program is open to all children, ages 18 years and under, who would like to participate.

Students may access the meals through three different methods:
🌟daily lunch at various community sites
🌟weekly meal boxes in more rural areas of the district, as determined by the USDA
🌟daily breakfast and lunch as part of any Cabell County Schools' summer learning programs

The meal box pick up is only available at sites that were approved by USDA. While Huntington sites did not qualify for multiple day meal boxes, we have many locations hosting daily summer feeding sites.
