We had an incredible time at Mid Atlantic Dance Initiative 2026! ✨

Our dancers trained with outstanding teachers, enjoyed fellowship with one another, and made new friends throughout the weekend. A favorite experience was participating in creative labs, where students helped create and perform original works.

Congratulations to Meredith York and Darcy Ankrom on their participation in the WVU College Collaborative Performance, and to Emily Harbison on her participation in the James Madison University College Collaborative Performance.

A special congratulations to Meredith York, who was awarded a scholarship to attend the Cary Ballet Conservatory Summer Dance Intensive 2027 and to Darcy Ankrom who was awarded a scholarship to Western Kentucky University's Summer Dance Intensive.

We are so proud of our dancers and all they accomplished this weekend. ❤️🩰
