With over 6400 items currently on the published website, and tens of thousands more that Apollo Caster can offer, build and ship the same day, it is sometimes serendipitous how sales can surface. This goes for home mobility equipment or hospital needs.

Apollo Caster serves large and small hospitals from Univ of PA Health system to Univ of CO Health system and dozens of others beyond and between.

The Indiana Governor has published executive order 20-06 which orders the closure of all non-essential businesses in Indiana until April 7.

Numerous Apollo Caster customers are considered essential businesses as they are frantically manufacturing equipment for the health care industry and for ICU areas. Thus, Apollo Caster has adopted a ‘modified essential business’ approach. This is allowed under the Executive Order 20-08; section 14(p): “Businesses that sell… or supply other Essential Businesses… with…hardware.”

But all businesses have a responsibility to support the spirit of the Order: to stop ALL non-essential traffic and help thwart the invisible spread of this virus. To that end, Apollo Caster is closed to the public. In order to serve our Essential Business customers, limited personnel will be here, with the doors locked, to take calls, respond to emails and customer needs, and to process orders for customers requiring immediate shipment.

We thank you for your understanding, wish you the best during this difficult time and ask that you contact us with any questions or needs.

And we ask all of you to take similar steps to eliminate non-essential business and personal interactions. None of us want to feel the regret of knowing we may have unnecessarily contributed to the spread of the virus or having made our customers or neighbors sick.

This is an interesting time. With museums, restaurants and other establishments being forced to close or modify their operations by statute or federal order, it provides a time for us to help one another out.

For those of us whose livelihood and income are not as drastically affected, it's our time to pitch in.

Consider donating food to your local food banks, churches, or clearinghouses to help families with kids who are not getting a subsidized meal at school. And for those parents who may now either be laid off - or be paying for daycare.

Look for items of which the grocery has an abundance, make a purchase and donate it.

Restaurants in our state are now disallowed from having dine-in service. A number of these in our town have not previously offered carry-out service. The owners and all the wait-staff are going to have a tough time paying rent/ mortgage this month. If you are in a position to do so, please make a point to order carry-out from such a restaurant and help their cash flow. Repeat when possible until the in-house dining ban is lifted.

Constant improvement requires receiving and embracing honest feedback. Apollo Caster is sincerely interested in using constructive criticism to improve our methodologies and become better prepared to compete tomorrow.
